In June 1986, James L. Ditman started Wirecut Technologies, Inc. working by himself with one machine on Indianapolis' east side.

In February of 1987 Jim purchased his second WEDM machine.  Jim ran his business with these machines until 1991 when he purchased his third WEDM machine.

In 1996, Wirecut Technologies, Inc expanded to it's newly built 5,400 square foot building in the Commerce Square Business Park near I-65 and Southport Road on Indianapolis' south side.  Since moving into the new facility, additional EDM and conventional CNC machines have been purchased.

Our modern facility is totally climate controlled, making a very pleasant workplace for employees to produce quality parts.
